Work with your venue early
Share your venue address and coordinator’s details, together with the proposed guest viewing area. Indoor and outdoor settings need different planning, and nearby lighting affects the visual result. Installation access and the wider wedding schedule should be considered before timings are fixed.
Explore the whole celebration
Through the MLE group you can also discuss fireworks, drone shows and PA. Include any of these ideas in your first enquiry so the programme can be considered together. Each element is subject to its own site requirements and an agreed proposal.
