Plan around the school grounds
Send a site plan showing the viewing area, buildings, entrances and nearby lighting. Tell us the expected attendance, event times and who will coordinate the venue. Access for installation, rehearsal and removal should be included in the brief alongside the display itself.
Build a practical fundraising brief
Your budget, ticketed capacity and available event space help shape a useful proposal. Battery-powered shows are available; discuss your power requirements with us early. If you need PA or announcements alongside the display, include these in your enquiry so the scope can be agreed together.
